退費說明
您於下列情形，且您或您購買課程時所指定之人，未觀看指定試看課程單元或特定預覽部份以外之課程內容者，即未使用正式課程，得通知 Engsight-Lab 終止契約：
- 合約生效日(課程起始日)起 7 日內終止合約，應全額退還該課程您所支付之授權使用費金額。
- 合約生效日(課程起始日)起第 8 日至第 14 日以內始終止合約者，應返還該課程您所支付之授權使用費金額30％。
- 合約生效日(課程起始日)起第 15 日終止合約者，您所支付之授權使用費金額不予退還。
您同意將應退金額退回至您於網站的用戶帳戶中，將可用於支付未來Engsight-Lab的商品、服務、或課程。若希望以現金轉帳等方式退費，則將扣除應退金額之20%作為處理費用(包含但不限於金流、系統及人工作業等)。契約終止後， Engsight-Lab應依前項之方式，結算、撥付本服務之授權使用費至網站用戶帳戶或您指定之銀行帳號；若有衍生性行政及相關費用將於退費金額中扣除。我們將於三十天內完成手續，退費申請及更多細節請聯絡我們 support@engsight-lab.com
